what is Media Art and Desing Festival A grotesque festival and an eccentric manifesto will be introduced through a unique art scene in the country where technologies are used senselessly; and social truths are canningly twisted, deceived, and concealed. The non-sensencial will be revealed by artists and designers to create the prologue for revolutionary media art based culturalists. The radical and H.I.P versus the murky-shiny-fooly-brillian ideas; the serious versus the absurd ideas; the beneficial versus the unfavorable ideas; the visible versus the invisible ideas; and the stunning versus the disgusting ideas will be all demonstrated with love, care and pondering about through arts, design, and information media.
